Amber Bieg is a Sustainability Consultant and founding Partner at  Warm Springs Consulting. Ms. Bieg works with governments, communities, and high-impact industries to design holistic pathways to net-zero while keeping culture, values, and economics in mind. Bringing technical expertise and collaboration skills, Amber has been working on practical, sustainability-focused solutions since the mid-2000s.

For the past four years, Amber has been primarily focused on sustainability and innovative energy solutions for the mining and minerals sector. With the estimated demand for critical minerals increasing six times over the next two decades in support of the renewable energy economy, Ms. Bieg sees the mining sector as a critical piece in the clean energy revolution. In addition to supporting the development of emerging clean energy technologies, Amber has been working on policies and government programs that increase market opportunities and remove roadblocks to clean energy for some of our largest energy consumers. 

Author of a number of technical studies and research projects, Amber has expertise in sustainable systems design, economics, and sustainability she has worked with Fortune 500 companies, small NGOs, and large municipalities to small rural communities on issues ranging from renewable energy to zero waste.  Amber has an MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School and a BA from the University of Oregon.

Past and current clients include the City of Boise, City of San Francisco, Blaine County, Union of Concerned Scientists, University of Utah, Integra DeLamar Mining Company, Nevada Copper, St. Lukes, ClifBar, Autodesk, and others.
