Ezra Hampikian



We live in an interconnected, living world. Healthy relationships reflect healthy communities, healthy businesses, and healthy ecosystems. With training in operations management and marketing, Ezra understands the inside and out of organizations, balancing the creative with the analytical, and leads with an emphasis on building systems and environments that prioritize healthy relationships. 

Ezra’s accomplishments include founding and producing TEDxBoise, the Idaho Speakers Bureau, and several exhibitions at the Discovery Center of Idaho. She is a healthy relationship advocate, lobbying in D.C., and has appearing in the New York Times. She has designed and led empowerment workshops for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault and has been involved as an activist, volunteer, and leader with several anti-violence nonprofits in Idaho including the Idaho Coalition Against Sexual and Domestic Violence, the Women’s and Children’s Alliance, and Alternatives to Violence of the Palouse

Ezra graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Idaho’s College of Business and Economics in 2013 with a double major in Operations Management and Marketing. She was recently accepted into the University of Cambridge MPhil program in Human Evolutionary Studies and currently works as a contractor, consultant, and entrepreneur on large and small-scale projects and productions with a relationship-building emphasis.
